General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11205) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PCMTD2, targeting the amino acid region 248–361 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PCMTD2 (Protein-L-isoaspartate O-methyltransferase domain-containing protein 2) has also been linked to various disease states including neurodevelopmental disorders and cancer. CUL5 E3 ligase complex can target CD247 and IL2RB through its adaptor protein PCMTD2. PCMTD2 is expressed in pigmented layer of retina. DPABH-11205 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-11205 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
