This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00613) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PCK2, targeting the amino acid region 365–470 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PCK2 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a mitochondrial enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of oxaloacetate to phosphoenolpyruvate in the presence of guanosine triphosphate (GTP). A cytosolic form of this protein is encoded by a different gene and is the key enzyme of gluconeogenesis in the liver. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
DPABH-00613 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) application.
DPABH-00613 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
