This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28815) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PCID2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PCID2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a component of the TREX-2 complex (transcription and export complex 2), which regulates mRNA export from the nucleus. This protein regulates expression of Mad2 mitotic arrest deficient-like 1, a cell division checkpoint protein. This protein also interacts with and stabilizes Brca2 (breast cancer 2) protein. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-28815 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:200) applications. DPABH-28815 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
