This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02342) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PCGF5, targeting the amino acid region 1–256 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PCGF5 (Polycomb Group Ring Finger 5) is a key protein component of the Polycomb Repressive Complex 1 (PRC1) that plays a critical role in early embryonic development, specifically in neural differentiation and germ layer formation. It acts as a transcriptional regulator by mediating histone H2AK119ub1 modifications and influencing Notch signaling. DPABH-02342 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) application. DPABH-02342 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
