This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01657) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PCDHGB4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PCDHGB4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PCDHGB4 (Protocadherin Gamma Subfamily B, 4) is a member of the protocadherin γ gene cluster on chromosome 5q31, acting as a calcium-dependent cell-adhesion protein primarily involved in establishing specific neuronal connections. As part of the γ-protocadherin family, it plays a role in neural development and has been linked to potential roles in cancer progression, such as in lung squamous cell carcinoma. DPABH-01657 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) applications. DPABH-01657 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
