This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18365) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PCDHA3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PCDHA3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PCDHA3 is a potential calcium-dependent cell-adhesion protein. It may be involved in the establishment and maintenance of specific neuronal connections in the brain. DPABH-18365 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-18365 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
