This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16120) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PAXIP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PAXIP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of the paired box (PAX) gene family and encodes a nuclear protein with six BRCT (breast cancer carboxy-terminal) domains. This protein plays a critical role in maintaining genome stability, condensation of chromatin and progression through mitosis. DPABH-16120 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-16120 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
