General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21236) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PARP8, targeting the amino acid region 462–812 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Protein mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase PARP8, also known as ADP-ribosyltransferase diphtheria toxin-like 16 (ARTD16), is primarily localised on the nuclear envelope for the majority of the cell cycle but localises to centrosomes and spindle poles during mitosis. DPABH-21236 is suitable for use in IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) application. DPABH-21236 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
