This product (Catalog No. DPABH-29165) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PAQR4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PAQR4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PAQR4 (Progestin and AdipoQ Receptor Family Member 4) is a seven-transmembrane protein-coding gene and member of the PAQR family involved in regulating cellular ceramide metabolism, particularly by stabilizing ceramide synthases (CERS2 and CERS5). It is frequently upregulated in various tumors, promoting proliferation, metastasis, and chemoresistance.
DPABH-29165 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-29165 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
