PAPPA-AS1 (PAPPA antisense RNA 1) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) gene in humans, known for its role in promoting fibrotic conditions. It is significantly upregulated in hypertrophic scar (HTS) tissues and fibroblasts, where it contributes to scar development by interacting with TAF15 to upregulate the TLR4 signaling pathway. DPABH-01662 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-01662 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
