General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10935) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PAFAH1B2, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PAFAH1B2 from rat, mouse, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase (PAFAH) inactivates platelet-activating factor (PAF) into acetate and LYSO-PAF. This gene encodes the beta subunit of PAFAH, the other subunits are alpha and gamma. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described for this gene. DPABH-10935 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-10935 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
