This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10320) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PAAF1, targeting the amino acid region 1–375 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PAAF1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PAAF1(Proteasomal ATPase-associated factor 1) is also named as WDR71 and belongs to the WD repeat PAAF1/RPN14 family. It functions as a negative regulator of the proteasome by controlling the assembly/disassembly of the proteasome. PAAF1 has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing. DPABH-10320 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-10320 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
