This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08773) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human OXA1L. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with OXA1L from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an evolutionarily conserved protein that is localized to the inner mitochondrial membrane. The encoded protein is essential for the translocation of the N-terminal tail of subunit 2 of cytochrome c oxidase, and is involved in the assembly of the cytochrome c oxidase and ATPase complexes of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. DPABH-08773 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-08773 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide,50% glycerol,pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
