General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11149) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human OVCH1, targeting the amino acid region 785–1134 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. OVCH1 (Ovochymase 1) is a secretory protein that belongs to the serine protease family and is predicted to have metal ion binding activity and serine-type endopeptidase activity. It is involved in the proteolysis process and functions within the plasma membrane. OVCH1 contains CUB domains and a Trypsin-like serine protease domain, which suggest that OVCH1 may play a role in development. Additionally, genetic variations in the OVCH1 gene may affect its function, thereby influencing individual phenotypes. DPABH-11149 is suitable for use in WB: 1:500-1:2000 application. DPABH-11149 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
