This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14838) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human OTUD6A. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs; see MIM 603478) are proteases that specifically cleave ubiquitin (MIM 191339) linkages, negating the action of ubiquitin ligases. DUBA2 belongs to a DUB subfamily characterized by an ovarian tumor (OTU) domain. DPABH-14838 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-14838 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
