This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11072) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human OSBPL11. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. OSBPL11 is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes oxysterol-binding protein-like 11 (ORP11), a member of the oxysterol-binding protein (OSBP) family of intracellular lipid receptors involved in sterol transport and lipid homeostasis. The gene is located on chromosome 3q21.2 and consists of 13 exons, producing a 747-amino acid protein with an N-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) domain for membrane targeting and a C-terminal sterol-binding (SB) domain containing the conserved OSBP motif (EQVSHHPP). DPABH-11072 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications. DPABH-11072 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
