This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27096) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NUSAP1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Nucleolar and spindle-associated protein 1 (NUSAP1) is a 55-kD microtubule-binding protein encoded by the NUSAP1 gene on human chromosome 15q15.1, essential for mitotic spindle assembly, microtubule organization, and faithful chromosome segregation during cell division. The protein features structural motifs including an N-terminal SAP domain for nucleic acid binding, a C-terminal helical region for microtubule interaction, and regulatory elements like phosphorylation sites and a KEN box for ubiquitin-mediated degradation post-mitosis.
DPABH-27096 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-27096 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
