This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26417) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NTRK3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NTRK3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. NTRK3 (Neurotrophic Tyrosine Kinase Receptor Type 3) is a gene that encodes the TrkC protein, a tyrosine kinase receptor vital for neuron development and survival by binding to neurotrophin-3 (NT-3). While normal, it acts as a dependence receptor, but NTRK3 fusions and mutations act as oncogenes, driving tumor growth in various cancers, including secretory breast carcinoma, pediatric glioma, and congenital fibrosarcoma.
DPABH-26417 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-26417 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
