General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03117) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NT5DC4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NT5DC4 (5′-Nucleotidase Domain Containing 4) is a human protein-coding gene that encodes a protein containing a domain homologous to 5′-nucleotidases, enzymes involved in nucleotide metabolism. Members of this family are typically associated with the hydrolysis of nucleotides to nucleosides, contributing to cellular nucleotide balance and salvage pathways. Although NT5DC4 shares structural similarity with enzymatically active nucleotidases, its precise catalytic activity has not been fully established and may be limited or divergent compared to canonical enzymes. The protein is predicted to participate in intracellular processes related to nucleotide metabolism, signaling, or regulation of cellular homeostasis, potentially through interactions with other proteins rather than direct enzymatic function. Its expression and biological roles remain only partially characterized, and further studies are needed to clarify its physiological and molecular functions.
DPABH-03117 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application.
DPABH-03117 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
