General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14910) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NT5C1A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NT5C1A from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. NT5C1A is a human gene located on chromosome 1p34.2 that encodes the enzyme cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase 1A (cN-I), a magnesium-dependent phosphohydrolase involved in the dephosphorylation of purine and pyrimidine ribonucleoside and deoxyribonucleoside 5'-monophosphates to their corresponding nucleosides and inorganic phosphate, thereby regulating intracellular nucleotide pools during cellular metabolism. DPABH-14910 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-14910 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
