This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13048) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NPY2R, targeting the amino acid region 301–381 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NPY2R from mouse, rat, and pig. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable calcium channel regulator activity and neuropeptide Y receptor activity. Involved in cardiac left ventricle morphogenesis and outflow tract morphogenesis. Located in cilium. Implicated in Huntington's disease; morbid obesity; and obesity. Biomarker of peripheral artery disease and temporal lobe epilepsy. DPABH-13048 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-13048 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
