This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05772) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NOP14, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NOP14 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, sheep, macaque monkey, rhesus monkey, gorilla, and orangutan. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein that plays a role in pre-18s rRNA processing and small ribosomal subunit assembly. The encoded protein may be involved in the regulation of pancreatic cancer cell proliferation and migration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
DPABH-05772 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-05772 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
