This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27410) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NLE1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NLE1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to be involved in regulation of Notch signaling pathway. Predicted to act upstream of or within several processes, including chordate embryonic development; hematopoietic stem cell homeostasis; and positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Located in nucleolus and nucleoplasm. DPABH-27410 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-27410 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
