This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18006) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NEUROD6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NEUROD6 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NEUROD6 (Neurogenic Differentiation 6, also known as NEX or NeuroD2-related protein) is a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor crucial for neuronal differentiation, survival, and mitochondrial energy metabolism. It promotes neuronal maturation by remodeling the cytoskeleton and increasing mitochondrial mass, while also conferring tolerance to oxidative stress and protecting neurons. DPABH-18006 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application. DPABH-18006 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
