This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22739) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NEURL4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NEURL4, also known as KIAA1787, has 6 highly conserved neuralized homology repeats (NHRs), which are thought to mediate protein-protein interactions. NEURL4 localizes to the daughter centriole and prevents formation of ectopic microtubule-organizing centers. NEURL4 promotes CCP110 ubiquitination and proteasome-dependent degradation, maintaining normal centrosomal homeostasis and preventing the formation of abnormal microtubule tissue centers (MTOCs) by countering CP110 accumulation(PMID: 22441691, 22261722). DPABH-22739 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application. DPABH-22739 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
