This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27574) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NEK5. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable protein kinase activity. Predicted to be involved in chromatin remodeling. Predicted to act upstream of or within positive regulation of striated muscle cell differentiation. Located in sperm flagellum. DPABH-27574 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-27574 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
