General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24154) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NDUFB9, targeting the amino acid region 28–179 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human NDUFB9 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NDUFB9 (NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 beta subcomplex, 9, 22kDa) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with NDUFB9 include osgood-schlatter's disease, and toxoplasmosis, and among its related super-pathways are Electron Transport Chain and Metabolic pathways. GO annotations related to this gene include NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) activity. DPABH-24154 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-24154 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
