This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22609) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NDUFAB1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NDUFAB1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit binding activity. Involved in [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly and protein lipoylation. Located in mitochondrial inner membrane and nucleoplasm. Part of mitochondrial [2Fe-2S] assembly complex and respiratory chain complex I. DPABH-22609 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:300) application. DPABH-22609 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
