This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19634) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NDUFA5. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This nuclear gene encodes a conserved protein that comprises the B13 subunit of complex I of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The encoded protein localizes to the inner mitochondrial membrane, where it is thought to aid in the transfer of electrons from NADH to ubiquinone. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. There are numerous pseudogenes of this gene on chromosomes 1, 3, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 16.
DPABH-19634 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300) applications.
DPABH-19634 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
