This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01488) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DAP13, targeting the amino acid region 1–145 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human DAP13 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone. DPABH-01488 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-01488 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
