This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10855) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NAP1L2, targeting the amino acid region 141–340 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NAP1L2 from mouse, rat, dog, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this intronless gene is a member of the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. The encoded protein represents a class of tissue-specific factors that interact with chromatin to regulate neuronal cell proliferation.
DPABH-10855 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:3,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-10855 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
