This product (Catalog No. CPBT-38060RM) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human JDP2, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with JDP2 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables DNA-binding transcription repressor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. Involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in nucleus. Part of RNA polymerase II transcription regulator complex.

CPBT-38060RM is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
