This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13441) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MYSM1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MYSM1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables deubiquitinase activity; histone binding activity; and transcription coactivator activity. Involved in chromatin remodeling; positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and regulation of hemopoiesis. Located in nucleolus and nucleoplasm. Part of protein-containing complex. Implicated in diabetic retinopathy. DPABH-13441 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-13441 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
