This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20844) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MYOZ3, targeting the amino acid region 1–251 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human MYOZ3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Myozenins may serve as intracellular binding proteins involved in linking Z line proteins such as alpha-actinin, gamma-filamin, TCAP/telethonin, LDB3/ZASP and localizing calcineurin signaling to the sarcomere. Plays an important role in the modulation of calcineurin signaling. May play a role in myofibrillogenesis. DPABH-20844 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-20844 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
