This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19807) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MYO1B, targeting the amino acid region 781–880 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MYO1B from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, sheep, and chinese hamster. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables ATP binding activity; actin filament binding activity; and microfilament motor activity. Involved in actin filament organization and post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Located in several cellular components, including actin filament; endosome; and trans-Golgi network membrane.
DPABH-19807 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-19807 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
