This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09534) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MYL5, targeting the amino acid region 1–132 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human MYL5 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MYL5 (myosin, light chain 5, regulatory) is a protein-coding gene. Among its related super-pathways are Immune response CCR3 signaling in eosinophils and Activation of cAMP-Dependent PKA. GO annotations related to this gene include structural constituent of muscle and calcium ion binding. An important paralog of this gene is MYL12A. DPABH-09534 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-09534 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
