General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19884) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MYBPH, targeting the amino acid region 231–330 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MYBPH from mouse, rat, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MYBPH (Myosin-binding protein H) is a structural protein found in the M-band of muscle sarcomeres in atrial and fast-twitch skeletal muscle. Encoded by the MYBPH gene, it regulates actomyosin organization and myosin filament structure. It acts as a tumor suppressor in some cancers but is associated with poor prognosis in gliomas. DPABH-19884 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) application. DPABH-19884 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
