This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09801) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MYBPC2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MYBPC2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Thick filament-associated protein located in the crossbridge region of vertebrate striated muscle a bands. In vitro it binds MHC, F-actin and native thin filaments, and modifies the activity of actin-activated myosin ATPase. It may modulate muscle contraction or may play a more structural role. DPABH-09801 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), WB 1 (1000-3000) applications. DPABH-09801 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
