General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25374) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MUM1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MUM1 from mouse, rat, and monkey. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Involved in the DNA damage response pathway by contributing to the maintenance of chromatin architecture. Recruited to the vicinity of DNA breaks by TP53BP1 and plays an accessory role to facilitate damage-induced chromatin changes and promoting chromatin relaxation. Required for efficient DNA repair and cell survival following DNA damage. DPABH-25374 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-25374 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
