General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09112) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MUC15, targeting the amino acid region 180–260 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MUC15 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. MUC15 (Mucin 15) is a high-molecular-weight transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the mucin family, primarily expressed on the apical surfaces of epithelial cells. It acts as a signaling molecule involved in cancer progression, stemness, and metastasis, acting as either an oncogene or tumor suppressor depending on the cancer type.
DPABH-09112 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-09112 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
