General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22869) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MRPL36, targeting the amino acid region 1–103 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and help in protein synthesis within the mitochondrion. Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit. MRP-L36 (mitochondrial ribosomal protein L36) is a 103 amino acid protein that localizes to the mitochondrion, where it exists as a component of the 39S ribosomal subunit and works in conjunction with other MRPs to mediate protein synthesis. DPABH-22869 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:200) application. DPABH-22869 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
