This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03210) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MRPL34. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MRPL34 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. MRPL34 (Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein L34) is a protein-coding gene, part of the 39S subunit of the mitochondrial ribosome (mitoribosome). Encoded by the nuclear genome, it is essential for translating 13 proteins crucial for oxidative phosphorylation within mitochondria. Defects in MRPL34 are linked to Combined Oxidative Phosphorylation Deficiency 9. DPABH-03210 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-03210 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
