This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12756) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MRPL30. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MRPL30 from rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. MRPL30 (Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein L30) is a nuclear-encoded protein that acts as a structural component of the mitochondrial ribosome's large subunit (39S). It is essential for mitochondrial translation, aiding in the production of 13 proteins critical for oxidative phosphorylation. MRPL30 plays a key role in cellular metabolism, with potential implications in cancer biology and mitochondrial function regulation. DPABH-12756 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-12756 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
