This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11673) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MPZL3, targeting the amino acid region 38–122 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MPZL3 (Myelin Protein Zero-Like 3) is an immunoglobulin-containing transmembrane protein that functions as a key regulator of metabolism, energy expenditure, and cell adhesion, primarily acting within mitochondria. Located on chromosome 11q23.3, it is critical for epidermal differentiation, hair follicle cycling, and skin barrier formation.
DPABH-11673 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-11673 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
