This product (Catalog No. DPABH-06313) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MPRIP. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MPRIP from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. MPRIP (Myosin Phosphatase Rho Interacting Protein), also known as p116Rip, is a regulatory protein that acts as an adapter, linking myosin phosphatase (MLCP) to the actin cytoskeleton. It is essential for controlling actomyosin contraction, stabilizing actin stress fibers, and regulating cell morphology. Recent research also indicates its role as a nuclear protein regulating transcription. DPABH-06313 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:100) application. DPABH-06313 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
