This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09321) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MPPED2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Metallophosphoesterase-domain-containing protein 2 (MPPED2) is a highly conserved protein that functions as a potential tumor suppressor, commonly downregulated in various cancers including breast, glioblastoma, and cervical cancer. It acts as a Class III cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase, involved in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation. DPABH-09321 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-09321 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
