This product (Catalog No. DPABH-29194) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MPP4, targeting the amino acid region 1–131 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human MPP4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MPP4 (Membrane protein palmitoylated 4), also named as DLG6, belongs to the MAGUK family which interact with the cytoskeleton and regulate cell proliferation, signaling pathways, and intracellular junctions. MPP4 is a retina-specific scaffolding protein hat plays an important role in signal transmission at the photoreceptor synapse (PMID: 18955048).
DPABH-29194 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-29194 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
