General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08796) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MORN5, targeting the amino acid region 24–153 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MORN5 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MORN5 (MORN repeat containing 5) is a protein-coding gene, found in humans and other species, that encodes a protein containing MORN (Membrane Occupation and Recognition Nexus) motifs, which are typically involved in membrane binding. It plays a role in development, with studies in chickens showing it is expressed during craniofacial development.
DPABH-08796 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-08796 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
