This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01315) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MOB4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MOB4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene was identified based on its similarity with the mouse counterpart. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that the expression of this gene may be regulated during oocyte maturation and preimplantation following zygotic gene activation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed. Naturally occurring read-through transcription occurs between this locus and the neighboring locus HSPE1. DPABH-01315 is suitable for use in IHC (1:10–1:50) application. DPABH-01315 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
