This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21517) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MFSD2A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MFSD2A from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane protein and sodium-dependent lysophosphatidylcholine transporter. The encoded protein is involved in the establishment of the blood-brain barrier and is required for brain growth and function. Defects in this gene are a cause of a progressive microcephaly syndrome. DPABH-21517 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200) application. DPABH-21517 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
